#103 Across Bear Lake – Hallett Peak << Rocky Mountain National Park >> Bear Lake is one of the most popular locations in Rocky Mountain National Park. You can take a shuttle (or drive) to within a few hundred feet of the lake, and trails to some of the most beautiful areas in the park start here. This beautiful vista ,which features Hallett Peak, was taken from the trail around the lake, not far from the trail leading to the parking lot. On the far side of the lake, is an equally spectular vista which features Longs Peak (See Image #090).
