#144 Bear Lake – Fall Colors – Hallett Peak << Rocky Mountain National Park, CO >> Fall colors were especially nice this year around Bear Lake. In the background is Hallett Peak, and you can see a bit of Bear lake through the trees. This location is just off the trail from Bear Lake to Bierstadt lake. Look for some large boulders just past one of the first switchbacks above the lake. This photo was taken from one of those boulders.
