#129 Yellowstone Grizzley with Cub << Yellowstone National Park >> There was a Grizzly kill (Bison) about 300 yds from the road, and this female and her cub were feeding there along with some others. She decided to leave the kill, come toward the road, and eventually cross it. There was a huge crowd spread out along the road which parted to let her through. I anticipated the crossing, set up and got the photo just after they crossed the road, looking back at the crowd. I used the 35mm equivalent of a 600 mm lens for this shot. I give a Grizzly (especially one with a cub) lots of room!
