#132 Marmot on Chiquita – Looking East << Rocky Mountain National Park >> There is a trailhead on Old Fall River Road that allows climbing Chapin, Chiquita, and Ypsilon peaks in a single day. This photo was taken from near the top of Chiquita looking East. You can see Longs Peak, the lower portion of Trail Ridge Road, and even a portion of Horseshoe Park. This time of year (mid July), yellow flowers are everywhere and curious marmots are common as well.
